Nexus Rebel K Main Terminated Harness (HT-186402)

The Nexus Rebel K Main Terminated Harness (HT-186402) is the K-series engine harness for the Haltech Nexus Rebel K ECU, terminated with factory-style connectors for port-injected Honda K-series engines. It plugs straight into the ECU and the factory sensors and actuators. The injector, throttle and transmission sub-harnesses that suit your engine plug into its breakouts.

Buying the whole system?

The Nexus Rebel K kit (HT-220206) includes this harness plus the ECU, the Keihin injector harness, both throttle sub-harnesses, both transmission sub-harnesses and a sensor pack. Buy the harness on its own if you already have a Rebel K ECU or need a replacement.

Connections

• Direct plug-in to the Rebel K ECU (two 34-pin connectors and a 4-pin DTP)
• Crank sensor (K20 or K24 plug), intake and exhaust cam sensors, VTC and VTEC solenoids
• Direct connection to the factory K-series ignition coils, with a coil ground ring terminal for the head
• Injector, throttle and transmission breakouts for the sub-harnesses
• Factory MAP sensor, factory coolant temperature sensor, Haltech air temperature sensor
• Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband, Bosch knock sensor, and Delphi 3-pin oil and fuel pressure sensor plugs
• Flex fuel sensor plug and a 2-pin DTM boost solenoid plug
• ECU-controlled starter solenoid (25A), fuel pump and thermofan outputs (10 AWG)
• Ignition switch input, alternator control, tacho output and brake signal
• Haltech CAN connectors at both ends of the harness
• Spare inputs and outputs: a 26-pin Superseal cabin connector and a 12-pin DTM engine bay connector

Good to know

• The harness does not ground the engine. Fit a ground strap from the engine to the battery.
• The Rebel K supports manual transmissions and high impedance injectors only.
