Description

Mismatched injectors make every cylinder run its own tune.

Once boost and ethanol enter the picture, factory injectors become the first hard ceiling in the whole combination. The ID1050-XDS answers that with 1065cc/min of flow at 3.0 bar, compatibility with all known fuels including E85, delivered as a single injector in the 34mm body, 14mm top (no adapter), 15mm (late model GM) lower o-ring configuration. It is backed by full characterization data, so your ECU gets real numbers, not estimates. Sized right, characterized right, tuned right.

What You'll Feel

  • Cylinder-to-cylinder consistency you can see in your lambda and EGT logs
  • Headroom to grow the build without touching the fuel system again
  • Crisp part-throttle response instead of the surge and stumble big injectors are known for
  • Faster dyno sessions, because accurate injector data means less time chasing fuel trims
  • Steady AFRs when boost climbs, no lean spikes at the top of the pull

Features

  • Nominal flow rate: 1065cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), measured with gasoline at 52 degrees C (125 degrees F)
  • Maximum differential fuel pressure: 10.0 bar (145.0 psi)
  • Compatible with all known fuels, including gasoline, E85, and ethanol blends
  • Corrosion resistant internals for extended service life on ethanol and other corrosive fuels
  • Replaceable inlet filter for longer service life
  • USCAR electrical connector
  • Configuration: 34mm body, 14mm top (no adapter), 15mm (late model GM) lower o-ring
  • Sold individually, so you can replace one injector or build a set for an uncommon cylinder count

The Details

The ID1050-XDS is the current evolution of the ID1050x, built to spec with Bosch Motorsport rather than modified from a production part. Compared to the original ID1000 it gains an improved internal flow path (about 5 percent more output with no loss of low-flow control), a stronger magnetic circuit that stays stable up to 10 bar, and a replaceable inlet filter. Injector Dynamics publishes full characterization data, including slope, offset (dead time) versus voltage and pressure, and short pulse width behavior, so your tuner can load real numbers instead of chasing fuel trims across the map. Accurate dead times are what make large injectors behave at idle and cruise, and they are the reason these tune quickly and stay tuned. This is the short 34mm body with no top adapter, a direct fit where the rail was designed for short injectors. The 15mm lower o-ring matches late model GM manifold bores. If your harness does not have USCAR plugs, plug and play connector adapters are available separately, no cutting or soldering required.
