Description

When the port faces the wrong way entirely, 120 degrees turns the line back around.

PTFE-lined hose needs its own hose end style, and forcing rubber-hose fittings onto it is how fuel ends up on the floor. The Finish Line Factory Swivel Hose End (Braided PTFE) - 120 Degree AN is purpose-built for nylon braided PTFE hose: 6061-T6 aluminum, a compression olive ferrule that seals directly on the PTFE liner, o-rings chosen for racing fuels including E85, and sizes 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, 10AN, 12AN. The 120 degree outlet routes the stiff liner without strain. The correct end for the toughest liner.

Benefits

  • Awkward back-facing ports stop dictating your whole hose route
  • The swivel nut aligns freely so the stiff PTFE hose never fights the flare
  • Assemblies come out consistent once the flare technique clicks, first line to tenth
  • Reusable body means experiments and re-routes cost a ferrule, not a fitting
  • The olive bites the liner with a crisp, positive compression you can feel in the wrench

Features

  • Purpose-built for nylon braided PTFE-lined hose
  • Precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum construction
  • Compression olive ferrule seals on the PTFE liner (replacement ferrules available)
  • 120 Degree outlet, female AN swivel nut on the 37 degree flare
  • Sizes: 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, 10AN, 12AN
  • O-rings selected for racing fuels including E85, plus oil, water, and air

The Details

A 120 degree body reaches past a right angle to double the hose back without folding it, useful when the port aims away from where the line must travel. PTFE liner is the chemistry king of hose walls, untouched by E85, methanol-blend fuels, brake fluid, and long fuel-soak that slowly attacks rubber, but it will not seal on a barb, so these ends compress a one-time-use olive ferrule between the flared liner and the fitting body. Assembly rewards patience: cut the hose square, dress the braid back, slide the nut and olive on, flare the liner evenly over the olive, then draw the body down until the compression seats. The AN connection itself stays a dry 37 degree flare joint, no sealant. Fittings are fully reusable across hose changes with a fresh olive each time. If your line carries plain gasoline or oil and never sees harsh chemistry, rubber-lined hose with its matching ends assembles easier and costs less; PTFE earns its premium where the fluid or the temperature demands it.
