We'll be using Zoom for this session. Have it downloaded on your computer ahead of time. You can do that here.
After you schedule, you'll receive a calendar invite. Add the session to your calendar. We'll also send email reminders.
Show up to the Zoom room 5 minutes before our scheduled time with everything prepared (keep reading).
DO NOT join our meeting on a phone. Although you're able to join via phone, you must be on a PC for our meeting. If you're not on a PC, the tuning session will be rescheduled.
Be prepared to share your screen during our Zoom meeting. If you want to be sure you know how to do that ahead of time, here's a help article on it (it's easy).
Be logged into your Google Drive account ahead of our meeting. This is how we'll be sharing large files. If you don't have a Google Drive account, you'll need one and it's free. Here's a link to set one up.
