Read These Instructions Before Scheduling 👇
- We'll be using Zoom for this session. Have it downloaded on your computer ahead of time. You can do that here.
- After you schedule, you'll receive a calendar invite. Add the session to your calendar. We'll also send email reminders.
- Show up to the Zoom room 5 minutes before our scheduled time with everything prepared (keep reading).
- DO NOT join our meeting on a phone. Although you're able to join via phone, you must be on a PC for our meeting. If you're not on a PC, the tuning session will be rescheduled.
- Be prepared to share your screen during our Zoom meeting. If you want to be sure you know how to do that ahead of time, here's a help article on it (it's easy).
- Be logged into your Google Drive account ahead of our meeting. This is how we'll be sharing large files. If you don't have a Google Drive account, you'll need one and it's free. Here's a link to set one up.
