Rywire OEM-Style B-Series Engine Harness, OBD2 - B-Swap for 92-95 Civic, 94-01 Integra (B2-OEM)
Product details
Description
Rywire B2-OEM is an OEM-style replacement engine bay harness for left-hand-drive 1992-1995 USA Civics running a 1996-2001 OBD2 B-series swap, and for 1994-2001 Integras of all models. Think of it as a new USA-model Integra Type R style harness: it routes like the factory loom, uses OBD2 distributor, alternator and injector plugs, and suits single-runner intake manifolds.
Why This OEM-Style OBD2 B-Series Swap Harness
The Rywire B2-OEM is a new OEM-style B-series swap harness for a 1996-2001 OBD2 B-series in a left-hand-drive 1992-1995 USA EG Civic, or any 1994-2001 DC Integra.
- Versus re-pinning your factory harness: this Rywire OEM-style harness already has OBD2 distributor, alternator and injector plugs plus Type R intake-manifold sensor locations, so no re-pinning an EG Civic harness.
- Versus a used junkyard harness: this Rywire OEM-style harness uses all-new connectors, pneumatically crimped and pin-to-pin tested; the only reused part is the 8-position power cap connector from your factory harness.
- Versus Rywire's tucked harnesses: this Rywire OEM-style harness follows factory routing to the driver and passenger shock tower plugs, keeping a stock-layout bay that suits single-runner intake manifolds.
- OBD1 or OBD2 computer: this Rywire harness has an oil-pump crank sensor plug needed only with an OBD2 computer; on an OBD1 computer it stays unplugged.
Best for: left-hand-drive 1992-1995 USA Civics with a 1996-2001 B-series, and left-hand-drive 1994-2001 Integras. Want a tucked bay? Pick B2-Base or B2-Milspec.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need anything from my old harness?
Yes. Reuse the 8-position "power cap" connector from your factory harness (yellow wires with a black stripe). The harness has no power without it.
I run an OBD1 computer. What about the crank sensor plug?
Leave it unplugged. OBD1 computers do not use the crank sensor, and the knock sensor plug and a 3-wire shock tower connector can also be left disconnected if your setup does not use them.
Is this a tucked harness?
No. It follows the factory routing. For a wire-tuck engine bay, see the OBD2 Budget or OBD2 Mil-Spec D and B-Series Tucked Engine Harness. Email service@tunedbyshawn.com with your engine, chassis and ECU before ordering if you are unsure which configuration you need.
Do I need a tucked harness or an OEM-style harness for my B-series swap?
A tucked harness reroutes the loom for a wire-tuck bay. The Rywire B2-OEM follows factory routing like a USA Integra Type R harness, so it suits a stock-looking bay and single-runner intake manifolds.
For off-road and competition use only. Not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
