Do I need to change my tune?

The adapter only changes the plug. If you are also changing injectors, the injector data in your tune has to be updated for the new injectors.

How does it install?

Can I run EV14 or ID1000 injectors on an OBD2 Honda harness without re-pinning?

Yes. The Rywire OBD2 to EV14/EV6/ID1000 injector adapter plugs between the harness clip and the injector. The tune still needs the new injector data.
