Rywire OBD1 to OBD2 10-Pin Distributor Adapter - 1992-1995 Honda OBD1 Chassis (Dis-1-2-10-pin)
Product details
Description
Rywire Dis-1-2-10-pin lets a 1992-1995 OBD1 Honda chassis plug into an OBD2 10-position distributor, as found on 1996+ B-series and 1996-1998 D-series engines.
Why This Distributor Adapter for Your Honda Swap
The Rywire Dis-1-2-10-pin is a distributor adapter that lets a 1992-1995 OBD1 Honda chassis plug into an OBD2 10-position distributor from a 1996+ B-series or 1996-1998 D-series engine.
- Versus cutting and splicing the factory plug: This OBD1 to 10-pin distributor adapter plugs in between the factory distributor plug and the distributor, so the chassis harness stays uncut and the change is reversible.
- Versus hunting down a matching-era distributor: This OBD1 to 10-pin distributor adapter lets you run the OBD2 10-position distributor that came with your engine instead of finding an OBD1 distributor.
- Engine computer unchanged: This OBD1 to 10-pin distributor adapter only adapts the distributor plug; it does not change the engine computer.
Best for: A 1992-1995 OBD1 Honda chassis running a 1996+ B-series or 1996-1998 D-series OBD2 10-position distributor.
