Which computer does it work with?

Any aftermarket engine computer that uses the OEM S2000 computer plugs. The harness terminates in computer plugs B and C.

Do I need the charge harness?

Rywire suggests it for everyone. It adds the starter and alternator leads to the fuse box; skip it only if you are running your own alternator power lead.

Which injector plug should I choose?

Match the plug to your injectors. Use Bosch EV14 for Injector Dynamics injectors other than the ID2000, and Nippon Denso for the ID2000.
