Description

Powersports engines run V2 connectors too, and almost nobody makes an adapter for the 12mm size.

The Radium Engineering V2 quick connect, 12mm female to 8AN ORB male adapts the male side of a 12mm V2 quick connect to an 8AN ORB male thread, opening up catch can and crankcase plumbing on Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and Ski-Doo platforms that use the small V2 connector. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum and type-II anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

V2 sizing refers to the inside diameter of the hose the connector serves, not any dimension measurable on the fitting itself, which will measure larger. Confirm against the fitment list rather than measuring. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with petroleum jelly, O-ring lube, or motor oil before installation. The 8AN ORB outlet threads into Radium catch cans and separators directly, which is the usual reason to reach for this part on a powersports build.
