Radium Universal Check Valve | Universal (20-0534)

A check valve that does not become the restriction it was added to protect against.

The Radium Engineering universal check valve is the bare valve body, with an internal plunger shaped for smooth laminar flow rather than the turbulent path most check valves force. In its native form it presents a 10AN male outlet and an 8AN female inlet, and the flow direction is laser etched on the side of the part so it cannot be installed backwards by accident. All female AN ports accept both 37 degree flare male fittings and ORB male fittings.

The Details

This is the valve body alone. If your plumbing is 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN and you want the adapter fittings to convert both inlet and outlet without sourcing them separately, the 20-0534-06, 20-0534-08, and 20-0534-10 kits bundle this same body with the fittings for each size. Buy the bare valve when you already have the adapters you need or the native 10AN male and 8AN female ports suit the install as-is.
