A swivel fitting that weeps does not need replacing. It needs new O-rings.

Radium Engineering swivel fitting service kits supply replacement O-rings for Radium swivel fittings, sized by the fitting's port combination. Rebuilding a swivel is a few dollars; replacing one is not.

The Details

The kit number follows the fitting's size code, so a 20-1000-1010 swivel takes the 20-0723-06 kit and a 20-1000-M1206 takes the 20-0723-09. Read the size code stamped on your fitting rather than measuring, since several combinations look similar in the hand.

Service the O-rings any time a swivel is disassembled or has been in service through heat cycles with ethanol fuel. A swivel that has started to seep at the joint is almost always an O-ring rather than a damaged body.
