The Radium Engineering swing valve remote mount fuel filler mounts to bodywork such as a fender and swings open when a fill nozzle is inserted, exactly like a factory capless filler. The valve seals on an FKM O-ring, and a press-fit dust cap tethers from the flange mount for quick access. The 30mm opening takes both gasoline and diesel nozzles.

The Details

A remote filler is one of three parts: this housing and cap on the bodywork, a fill neck at the tank or FCST end, and the filler hose joining them. This listing is the first of those three, so budget for the other two.

The outlet adapter is O-ring sealed and held by six screws, so the hose size is not a permanent decision; the 20-1007, 20-1008, and 20-1015 adapters swap it between 2.25in, 24AN, and 1.5in later. Better still, all three Radium filler cap styles share the same threads, so a swing valve filler can be converted to dry break operation down the line by fitting a 20-0549-V receptacle rather than buying a new housing.
