The Radium Engineering Submersible PTFE Fuel Tubing is flexible convoluted tubing manufactured from PTFE, fully resistant to all fuel types including alcohol blends like E85, and rated for EFI fuel pressure with a 300 psi working pressure and 450 psi burst. This 5/16" (8mm) ID x 8.2" length ships with two reusable stainless steel SAE J1508 EFI tube clamps sealing 360 degrees with rolled edges that protect the tubing. Tested at Radium Engineering.

The Details

The convoluted profile gives PTFE's chemically inert wall an accordion structure that bends without kinking, exactly what routing inside a hanger or surge tank demands. Install with Radium's technique: warm the tubing ends with a heat gun or hot water so the material loosens and slides snugly over the pump outlet, then torque the stainless J1508 clamps to 13.3 in-lbs; the clamps are reusable through future pump services. This 5/16" (8mm) size suits Walbro GSS341 and GSS342 255lph, AEM 50-1000, AEM 50-1200, AEM 50-1220, Aeromotive 340R (11141 and 11142), and Deatschwerks 9-301-1000. This item is not application specific, so verify compatibility with your pump and hanger before purchase.
