The Radium Engineering SAE Fuel Level Sender is a float-style sending unit with the standard SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern, fitting most fuel cells and extensively used with Radium fuel cell surge tanks. This 11.7" probe version reads 0 ohms empty to 90 ohms full, the standard range popular with many aftermarket gauges, through a rugged design featuring an FR4 conformal-coated PCB, epoxy potted electrical terminals, and an anodized surface finish suiting gasoline, diesel, and all alcohol based fuels including methanol, ethanol, and E85. Made in Portland, USA, with the gasket, stainless hardware, and Deutsch connector included. Gauge not included.

Probe length is the sizing question, and 11.7" suits mid-depth cells, so measure your tank's internal depth and select the Radium length matching it, with other lengths sold separately. Compatibility notes from Radium worth reading before wiring: the 0-90 ohm curve pairs directly with common aftermarket gauges, and if your OEM gauge expects a different range, a resistance signal converter is the documented path, though Radium has no direct experience with those products. Bench-test by measuring resistance between the two wires while tipping the sender so the float travels. Ordered with a Radium FCST or FCST-X, the sender arrives pre-installed; ordered alone, the 5-bolt gasket, stainless 10-32 bolts, and nylon sealing washers complete a leak-tight mount.
