The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit for the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Gallardo LP installs between the intake manifold and the lower runners on the cylinder heads, adding port injectors to carry the fuel the DI system cannot supply on highly modified engines. It does not replace the OEM direct injection system; it supplements it. Anodized aluminum adapter plates carry big bore fuel rails on anodized mounts, with intake manifold gaskets and stainless hardware included. Compatible with all fuel types including E85.

The Details

Injector selection is strict and worth getting right before ordering: the kit requires top feed injectors with 14mm upper and lower O-rings and a 34mm short body. Radium does not sell injectors and names several direct-fitment options in that dimension class, so confirm dimensions with your injector supplier. Because the plates space the intake manifold upward, a minor throttle body coupler adjustment may be needed. Everything downstream of the rails is a separate purchase: the 20-0967-03 or 20-0967-05 PIK plumbing kit supplies the regulator, filter, gauge, hoses, and fittings, though note that plumbing kit fits Gallardo LP only. For the fuel supply itself, Radium recommends the 20-0860 fuel hanger surge tank, which feeds port injection from a fully independent circuit.
