Catch can installs and custom breather systems often remove or bypass the OEM PCV valve's location, and crankcase ventilation without a check function invites boost into the crankcase. The Radium Engineering PCV Valve Fitting builds the valve into the fitting itself: a 10AN ORB threaded body that installs directly into a Radium catch can port or any 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) location, with an integrated PCV valve and a 6AN male flare on the hose side. One part, two jobs, zero extra joints.

The Details

PCV valve placement follows the flow: the valve belongs on the manifold-vacuum side of the circuit, opening under metered vacuum to ventilate the crankcase and closing when manifold pressure approaches or exceeds atmospheric so boost cannot pressurize the case. Building it into the catch can's outlet fitting keeps that logic intact when the factory valve location is deleted or rerouted, which is common in universal catch can installs and engine swaps. The ORB side seals on its O-ring, so lubricate it before threading in, and no sealant is needed. The 6AN flare side installs dry: hand thread to full engagement, then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Sold individually.
