Radium Engineering fuel rails for the Subaru EJ series. Radium builds two styles: top feed conversion rails that fit OEM side feed manifolds and convert to universal top feed injectors, and top feed upgrade rails that install on manifolds already equipped with top feed injectors and simply replace the rail. All are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched, with three 8AN ORB ports per rail, six total, and thermal insulating press-in spacers.

The Details

The 20-0869-02 has an injector restriction that catches people out. It works with the OEM air assist injectors on the EJ251, but not with those on the EJ22, because the EJ22 uses 11mm upper injector O-rings while these ports are machined for 14mm. To eliminate the air assist feature on a California-spec EJ22 you additionally need 20-0816 injector seats (x4), 14-0720 spacers (x4), and flat head M8x1.25x60mm screws (x4). On the EJ251, the supplied O-rings go into the lower groove on Bosch EV14 injectors to delete air assist.

On the 20-0579-02 conversion, do not buy "WRX top feed" injectors. This application uses universal injectors that must have 14mm O-rings top and bottom and a 34mm height. Mounting brackets are included so a wide range of Subaru vehicles can be accommodated.

The 20-0869-02 also accepts a Radium 20-0776 fuel pulse damper in the centre port, and the 20-0303 adapter if the OEM fuel pressure regulator is being reused.
