A 0.69in internal bore feeding an engine that came from the factory with 505 horsepower and room for far more.

The Radium Engineering fuel rails for the GM LS7 are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched, with a large 0.69in internal bore that supports whatever the engine asks for. Like the OEM rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors carry over, and the rails include provisions for the factory injector clips.

The Details

Note the fitment split between these two parts. The 20-0361 rails are LS7 specific. The 20-0232-PK plumbing kit is built for the LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, and L99, and the reason it is not a direct LS7 match is physical: the OEM LS7 uses an extra wide intake manifold, so the LS-family kit does not span it as supplied. Plan your plumbing accordingly if you are running the LS7 rails.

On injectors, Radium states only that factory or OEM-equivalent units are required and will not specify dimensions beyond that; consult your injector supplier if upgrading. Leave clearance around any port destined to carry a regulator, gauge, or pulse damper, and select 8AN ORB fittings to suit.

Important Notes

• The plumbing kit covers LS1/LS2/LS3/LS6/L76/L99; the LS7's extra wide intake manifold means it is not a direct fit for those rails
