Description
A 5.0 build outgrows its factory fuel rails long before it outgrows anything else, and the OEM spring lock plumbing is the next thing to go.
The Radium Engineering fuel rails for the Ford 302 and 351 Windsor replace the factory rails with CNC machined billet running large 5/8in internal bores, so flow stops being the limit. Ports are tapped 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT, which opens up a regulator, gauge, or pulse damper wherever the manifold allows. The matching plumbing kit takes it the rest of the way.

The Details
The plumbing kit is the interesting part. It replaces every OEM component downstream of the factory spring lock fuel lines and runs the two rails in parallel through a dead head MPR-RA multiport regulator, which is what delivers even distribution across all eight injectors rather than favouring whichever rail sees pressure first. The supplied 1:1 regulator and gauge make pressure a set-and-check item. Because it uses PushLok hose ends with EFI hose, the routing can be tailored to whatever chassis the engine is sitting in, which matters given how many different cars these engines end up in.
The EV1 adapter solves a specific problem rather than a general one: on some injector and manifold combinations the connector interferes with the lower intake, and this adapter relieves that. Order one per affected injector.
