Radium Fuel Rails and Plumbing Kit | Audi R8 / Lamborghini Huracan V10 (20-0866 / 20-0866-PK)

The V10's port injection side is the half most people forget when they start chasing power.

The Radium Engineering fuel rails for the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan replace the factory port injection rails with CNC machined 6061 aluminum running very large 0.7 inch internal bores, anodized and laser etched. Each rail carries four 8AN ORB ports, eight across the pair. Like the OEM rails the injector bores are 14mm ID, so factory or equivalent aftermarket injectors drop straight in and the factory injector retaining clips are reused. Direct bolt-in with no modification to vehicle or engine, and compatible with all fuel types including E85.

The Details

The rails alone are deliberately bare: 20-0866 includes only the rails and mounting hardware, which suits custom builds running their own plumbing. For a regulator or pulse damper, Radium points to the right rear ports as the practical location. If you are running the bare rails and want to keep the OEM pressure sensor, adapter fittings 14-0119 and 14-0359 do that.

The plumbing kit is the simpler route for most cars. Its barbed fittings mimic the OEM rails, so the factory rubber hoses from the RH and LH high pressure fuel pumps reconnect as they were, and an extra set of 8AN ORB to 6AN male fittings is included for anyone plumbing aftermarket lines instead. A large insulated 8AN crossover hose feeds the front ports near the firewall for maximum flow, and adapters for reusing the OEM pressure sensor are included.

This is the port injection half of the fuel system. On a heavily built car it pairs with the 20-0860 fuel hanger surge tank and the 20-0865 port injection kit for the same platform.
