The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit for the Toyota 2JZ-GE permits a complete fuel rail bolt-on affair on the returnless XE10 chassis: the provided inverted flare adapter fitting converts the factory hard line to 6AN, the included 6AN PTFE fuel line routes fuel to the rear fuel rail port through a low profile swivel fitting, a fuel pulse damper is provided to keep fuel pressure stable, and the remaining fuel rail ports are plugged. All-fuel PTFE construction, E85 included. Fuel rail sold separately.

The Details

Returnless systems live and die on pulse control, since there is no return path bleeding off injector-induced pressure oscillations, which is why Radium builds the FPD-R into this kit rather than leaving damping optional: the damper absorbs the pressure waves six injectors generate, keeping delivery consistent across the rev range. The inverted flare adapter meets the Toyota hard line on its own sealing standard, metal to metal on the flare seat with no sealant, while the ORB fittings and plugs follow the lubricated O-ring rule. The result reads like OEM engineering with aftermarket capacity, exactly what an IS300 or Altezza build wants under the intake.
