Description

Keep the factory regulator and lines, lose the banjo bolt that strangles them.

The Radium Engineering fuel rail plumbing kit for the early Mitsubishi 4G63 is the bolt-in way to plumb a Radium 20-0533 rail while keeping the OEM fuel pressure regulator and factory fuel lines. It replaces the restrictive OEM banjo bolt and runs a 6AN (3/8in) hose directly from the fuel filter to the rail, and it includes adapters for both variations of the Mitsubishi OEM regulator so you are covered either way.

What You'll Feel

  • The OEM banjo bolt restriction gone without a full custom fuel system
  • A direct 6AN run from filter to rail
  • The factory regulator retained, whichever variation your car has
  • Every fitting needed for a bolt-in install in one box

Features

  • Replaces the restrictive OEM banjo bolt
  • 6AN (3/8in) EFI hose from fuel filter to rail
  • FPR adapter covering either OEM regulator variation
  • 8AN ORB plugs for the unused rail ports

The Details

This kit exists for the build that wants the rail's flow benefit without rebuilding the entire fuel system. It assumes the OEM regulator and factory lines stay in place, which is why the contents are modest and the price is low. If you are running an aftermarket regulator, a return-style setup, or larger lines the length of the car, this is not the right kit and the 20-1334 hanger plumbing kit is the fuller answer. The 20-0533-02 fuel rail is sold separately and is required.

Kit Includes

  • 8AN ORB plug (x2)
  • 8AN ORB to 6AN male fitting
  • PushLok hose end (x2)
  • FPR adapter
  • 6AN male to M12 fitting
  • 3/8in EFI hose
  • NOT included: the fuel rail itself, fuel injectors, and fuel pressure regulator

Applications

  • Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution I, II, and III (4G63)
  • Mitsubishi Galant VR4 (4G63)
  • Mitsubishi Eclipse, Plymouth Laser, and Eagle Talon DSM (4G63)

Important Notes

  • Requires the 20-0533-02 fuel rail, sold separately
  • Intended for use with the factory fuel pressure regulator and OEM fuel lines
