Description

The S54 keeps its regulator under the car. This kit plumbs the Radium rail to it without reinventing the fuel system.

The Radium Engineering fuel rail plumbing kit for the BMW S54 connects the Radium 20-0070-02 fuel rail to the factory fuel system, hooking up to the OEM feed line and the under-car regulator. It supplies the plugs, adapters, and PTFE feed hose needed to finish the install, so the rail bolts on and plumbs up without custom hose work. E85 compatible throughout.

The Details

Read the fitment carefully, because it is narrower than the rail's. The 20-0070-02 fuel rail bolts onto any S54, covering the 2001-2006 M3, the 2001-2002 Z3 M Coupe and Roadster, and the 2006-2008 Z4 M Coupe and Roadster. This plumbing kit, by contrast, is only compatible with the E46 M3, because it is built around that car's factory feed line and under-car regulator location. Z3 M and Z4 M owners running the Radium rail need to source their own plumbing.

The kit assumes you are keeping the factory regulator. If you would rather delete it, a Radium direct mount regulator (20-1623-0X) installs in the front rail port instead, and this kit is not the right path.
