Radium Fuel Rail | Mitsubishi Early 4G63 Evo 1-3 / VR4 / DSM (20-0533-02)

The factory inlet flange chokes the whole rail through a 0.22 inch hole. That is the restriction you are buying your way past.

The Radium Engineering fuel rail for the early Mitsubishi 4G63 is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum with a large 0.69 inch internal bore, anodized and laser etched, and it eliminates the OEM two-bolt inlet flange with its restrictive 0.22 inch (5.7mm) orifice. Four ports tapped for 8AN ORB let you configure feed, return, regulator, gauge, and damper however the build requires. Compatible with all fuel types including E85 and other alcohol blends.

The Details

This is an upgrade rail, not a top feed conversion. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used, meaning any replacement must match the factory injector height and both upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles. Radium does not make injector recommendations; consult your tuner for flow rate and the injector manufacturer for correct dimensions. Fittings are not included and must be chosen for your hose and accessories, and any unused port simply takes an 8AN ORB plug. Check clearance around the ports before ordering a regulator, gauge, or damper, since those need room. If you are keeping the factory regulator and fuel lines, the 20-0533-PK plumbing kit is the matching bolt-in solution.
