The Radium Engineering fuel rail for the Ford Barra is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched, with a large 0.69in centre bore for flow. Different mounting brackets are provided so a single part number covers all Barra variants: BA Turbo, BF Turbo, FG Turbo, and FG non turbo.

The Details

This part supersedes the older split-by-variant approach. Radium previously sold the Barra rail as three separate SKUs with variant-specific brackets: 20-0536-01 for BA-BF Turbo, 20-0536-02 for FG Turbo, and 20-0536-03 for FG non turbo. The 20-1536 consolidates them, shipping the different brackets together so one part number covers the range.

On injectors, Radium states only that factory or OEM-equivalent units are required and will not specify dimensions further; consult your injector supplier if upgrading.

For a complete install, the 20-0536-PK plumbing kit suits all Radium Barra rails. It uses 3/8in EFI fuel hose, connects to the factory fuel pipes, and includes a direct mount adjustable fuel pressure regulator, gauge, SAE and AN adapter fittings, and stainless EFI clamps. Note the fuel pulse damper shown in Radium's photos is not part of that kit.
