Description

One rail covers the whole M5x and S5x family, and it keeps your factory injectors.

The Radium Engineering fuel rail for the BMW M50, M52, M52TU, M54, M56, S50, and S52 is a bolt-on upgrade over the restrictive OEM rail, CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched. The injector bores are 14mm ID exactly like the factory rail, so OEM injectors carry straight over, and provisions for the OEM injector retaining clips are built in. Three 8AN ORB ports, one at each end and one in the center, open the door to proper AN plumbing. Compatible with all fuel types including E85.

The Details

This is an upgrade rail, so injectors must be OEM or dimensionally equivalent: same height, same upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles. Radium does not recommend injector brands or flow rates; ask your tuner. No fittings are included, and ORB fittings are required in those ports, chosen to suit your hose and accessories. Leave clearance around the ports if you plan to fit a regulator, gauge, or damper, since those need space. The center port accepts a Radium FPD-R or FPD-XR pulse damper, and a DMR regulator fits either end. For the M54's returnless fuel system, the 20-0807-PK plumbing kit connects this rail to the factory feed line.
