The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Install Kit for the BMW 3 Series upgrades the in-tank pump on the 1999-2005 E46 (excluding M3): the hardware to install a modern high performance fuel pump in the factory hanger location, with the mounting, adapter, and electrical components the conversion needs. An economical delivery upgrade for boosted M52/M54 builds and the swap projects the chassis attracts. Pump sold separately.

The Details

Radium's install kits exist because dropping an aftermarket pump into an OEM hanger is never quite the direct fit the pump box implies: inlet heights, outlet interfaces, and electrical connections all differ from the factory unit, and this kit resolves them for the E46's specific hanger. Select a pump matched to the horsepower target and fuel type, wire it properly with a Radium DIY wiring kit if current demand exceeds the factory circuit, and the platform's low-pressure side stops being the ceiling. The M3 exclusion is absolute, since the S54 car's fuel system differs; non-M 323i, 325i, 328i, and 330i variants are the intended homes.
