The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Inlet Filter Sock is a 65 micron pre-filter with an 11mm ID that press-fits onto the inlet of most popular in-tank pumps and secures with a safety lock washer. The Details

A pump inlet sock is a coarse pre-filter by design: 65 microns is fine enough to stop tank debris that damages pumps, while staying open enough that it will not starve a high-flow pump the way a fine element on the suction side would. Fine filtration belongs downstream on the pressure side, where the pump can push through it. Installation is a firm press onto the 11mm pump inlet, secured with the safety lock washer so vibration and fuel movement cannot walk it off. If you are running one of the compatible pumps in a Radium surge tank or hanger, this is the same style strainer those systems use. Verify your pump's inlet before ordering, since this part is not application specific and some pumps may need minor fitment adjustment.
