Radium Fuel Pump Hanger | Toyota Chaser / Mark II / Cresta X90 X100 (20-0940)

The JZX tank was never asked to feed a built 1JZ or 2JZ. This is where that changes.

The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger for the Toyota Chaser, Mark II, and Cresta is a drop-in replacement for the factory pump assembly across the X90 and X100 chassis, running one or two aftermarket pumps including brushless units. Multiple adapter fittings connect back to the OEM fuel lines, and later cars using the inverted flare feed line get a replacement PTFE feed hose in the box. Anodized aluminum, gasoline, methanol, and ethanol compliant.

The Details

Pump compatibility is unusually broad: Walbro F90000267, F90000274, F90000285, F90000295, and GSS342; AEM 50-1000, 50-1200, 50-1230, and 50-1235; Bosch BR540; Deatschwerks DW400, DW440, and DW810; Protec 11928; Fuelab 49614; and the Ti Automotive E5LM. Sock filters are included for the Walbro and AEM pumps; the brushless units ship with their own.

Check valves need attention on several of these. The AEM 50-1230 and 50-1235 have none, and adding one means the 20-1533 kit, though note a check valve is not compatible with the second pump. The Walbro F90000295 and Ti E5LM also have none, taking the 20-1534 kit, and on those the second pump requires the 20-0798 fuel pump outlet adapter check valve.

A relay kit such as the 17-0031 DIY fuel pump wiring kit is recommended to drive the new pumps. For single pump builds wanting more starvation protection, the 20-0941 collector add-on is the companion part, though it limits the car to one pump.

Important Notes

• AEM 50-1230 and 50-1235 lack a check valve; use 20-1533 if required, and note it cannot be used on the second pump
• Walbro F90000295 and Ti E5LM lack a check valve; use 20-1534, and 20-0798 for the second pump
