The Corvette's tiny tank opening is the reason most fuel pump upgrades on these cars are miserable, and this hanger is engineered around exactly that constraint.

The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger for the mid 2003-2013 Chevrolet Corvette replaces the stock fuel pump assembly with a CNC machined drop-in unit that requires no cutting or modification of the vehicle. It ships configured for one aftermarket pump with a billet top hat, an anodized collector box with one-way fill valves, and filter socks included, and it reuses the OEM crossover jet pump siphon. It grows to two staged pumps with the separate Radium 20-0937 dual pump add-on, which merges both outlets into the single 10AN ORB port of the fuel hat. Gasoline, E85, and methanol compliant. Pumps are not included.

The Details

This hanger deletes the factory post-pump filtration and regulation, so every installation requires an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and an external low micron fuel filter downstream. Both arrive together in the Radium fuel hanger plumbing kits: 20-0981-03 or 20-0981-05 for mid 2003-2008 cars, or 20-0983-03 or 20-0983-05 for 2009-2013 cars, split by the brake master cylinder change that moved the FPR mount. For two-pump builds, the 20-0937 dual pump add-on supplies a second independent collector, stainless brackets, and check-valved outlet hardware with staging supported. Single pump installs can reuse OEM pump wiring, though Radium recommends upgraded wiring per pump for full output. If pressure must ever be set below the OEM specification, Radium offers a Corvette FPR bypass.
