The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger for the 1990-2005 Acura NSX replaces the stock fuel pump assembly with a drop-in unit built to feed a high output engine. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required for installation. Anodized aluminum construction, compatible with gasoline, methanol, and E85.

The Details

Each hanger is configured for a single pump. Adding a second requires the matching add-on kit: the 20-2796 pairs with this 20-2790 hanger, and the 20-2797 pairs with the 20-2792.

One decision to make before choosing a pump. Across this Radium hanger family, fitting a brushless pump rules out the dual pump add-on, because the extra brushless controller wiring cannot pass through the hanger alongside a second pump. In practice that means brushless is a permanently single pump path, while two conventional pumps remain an option. If a two-pump future matters more to you than brushless capability, choose accordingly now.

On wiring, a single Walbro GSS342 install can typically reuse the OEM fuel pump wiring, though Radium recommends upgrading it so the pump sees full voltage. Beyond a single pump, use a Radium DIY wiring kit for each. To connect the hanger to the factory fuel lines, add the 20-2795 connection kit.

Important Notes

• Brushless pump installs cannot use the dual pump add-on due to the extra controller wiring
• The Walbro F90000295 and Ti Automotive E5LM do not have integrated check valves; AEM 50-1230 and 50-1235 likewise. Add a check valve if running a return style system where pressure must hold after shutdown.
