Description

The late Nissan hanger grows a surge tank without leaving the fuel tank.

The Radium Fuel Hanger Surge Tank Add-On for GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 Pumps converts the Radium 20-0630-00 hanger into a full in-tank FHST on the S14, S15, R33, and R34: the surge canister assembly mounts to the hanger's pre-studded top hat, the lift pump fills the canister, and the surge pump feeds the engine from a reservoir that never runs dry in corners. Sized for the GSS342/AEM 50-1200 pump class. Pumps not included.

The Details

The FHST architecture solves surge where it starts, with the lift pump transferring fuel into the canister and the surge pump drinking from that always-full column regardless of tank level or lateral load, and the add-on format means the 20-0630-00's owners upgrade without rework: canister onto the studs, pumps in, wiring per the included relay circuit. One honest behavior note applies to every FHST, with the lift pump refilling the canister at its own rate, so sustained demand beyond the lift pump's flow eventually outruns the reservoir; match pump classes to the power target. The 450-class version (20-0701) serves bigger surge pumps.
