A proper return-style fuel system on an Evo X is only as good as its return line, and the OEM hose is a 1/4" straw.

When you convert the Evo X to a return setup with a Radium hanger and direct mount regulator, the restrictive 6.5mm factory return hose becomes the weak link that keeps the regulator from doing its job. The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Return Kit supplies the hose, fittings, and hardware to convert the OEM fuel feed line into the return line, replacing that restriction with 6AN PTFE. Critical plumbing for proper regulator function, done the clean way.

The Details

The trick of this kit is repurposing what the car already has. The factory feed line becomes the return, the Radium hanger's dedicated 8AN feed (via the feed kit, sold separately) takes over supply duty, and fuel flows tank to rail to regulator to tank the way a proper return system should. The SAE quick disconnect fittings mean no cutting or flaring on the OEM hard line; each end clicks on the way the factory connectors did. Sizing matters here: a regulator bleeding off the excess flow of a 400+ lph pump through a 6.5mm hose will hunt and creep, which is exactly the behavior this kit eliminates.
