Description

Hanger to rail and back again, with the regulator and gauge already in the box.

The Radium Engineering fuel hanger plumbing kit for the BMW E36 and E46 supplies every line, fitting, and component between a Radium in-tank hanger and the fuel rail. A low profile 8AN male banjo goes on the hanger pump outlet, 8AN PTFE hose runs across the top of the tank and down the underside of the chassis through two billet fuel and brake line retainers, and a billet high flow filter mounts in the OEM location. From there another 8AN PTFE hose runs into the engine bay to the rail, with a DMR-RA direct mount regulator and 0-100psi gauge at the rear of the rail and a 6AN return hose back to the hanger.

  • Microglass filter (20-1175-05): 6 micron microglass element for finer filtration

The Details

This same plumbing kit serves both the E36 and E46 Radium hangers, so it is not chassis-specific within that pair. It works best paired with a Radium BMW fuel rail, since the 8AN rail adapter and the rear-mounted regulator assume that layout. Note that the fuel rail itself is not included. New vacuum tubing is supplied to replace the brittle OEM hard lines, which is the kind of detail that saves a return trip under the car.
