The hardest part of a CTS-V fuel system is the eight feet between the tank and the rails, and this kit solves exactly that.

The Radium Engineering fuel hanger plumbing kit for the 2008-2015 Cadillac CTS-V carries everything between the Radium GM fuel pump hanger and the fuel rails: dual 6AN PTFE feed lines sized to snake between the tank and the unibody where a single 8AN will not fit, a high flow fuel filter with a built-in check valve on a bolt-in anodized mount, a rail-mounted fuel pressure regulator with gauge, and the 8AN PTFE feed and crossover lines up top. The back half of the OEM fuel line stays in service so the factory fuel pressure sensor keeps feeding the ECU its diagnostics, and the rest of the stock line gets repurposed as the 6AN return. Both versions are identical except the filter media.

This kit is one third of a three-part system. The Radium GM fuel pump hanger (20-1320 or 20-1322) lives in the tank, this plumbing kit spans the chassis, and the Radium 20-0362 LS9/LSA fuel rails receive it all; the rails are required and sold separately, as is the 20-0545 rail plumbing kit family for related applications. Version choice is filter media only: stainless cleans and reuses, microglass filters finer and gets replaced. The check valve in the filter is what lets fuel pressure hold after key-off, which matters for hot restarts on big pumps.
