Feeding a built LS through the Corvette's tunnel takes more than a hanger, and this kit is the entire tank-to-engine run done right.

The Radium Engineering fuel hanger plumbing kit for the mid 2003-2008 Chevrolet Corvette provides all necessary plumbing to and from the engine for the Radium 20-0980 fuel pump hanger: an MPR-RA fuel pressure regulator, a fuel pressure gauge, a check valve fuel filter with your choice of element, mounts, PTFE lines, adapter fittings, and hardware. From the hanger's pump outlet, 8AN PTFE hose runs to a chassis-mounted filter near the tank, then a second 8AN PTFE hose routes through the tunnel parallel to the torque tube to the FPR on a billet mount near the brake master cylinder. Stainless cushioned clamps secure the run and thermal insulation shields it from the exhaust. The OEM fuel feed hard line is repurposed as the return, with adapter fittings and hose provided for both ends. E85 compliant throughout.

The Details

This kit pairs with the Radium 20-0980 Corvette fuel pump hanger, which deletes the factory in-tank filtration and regulation and therefore requires exactly what this kit supplies. The FPR mounts near the brake master cylinder, and because GM changed the master cylinder for 2009, this kit fits mid 2003 through 2008 cars while its sibling 20-0983-03 / 20-0983-05 carries the 2009-2013 bracket. A SAE quick connect adapter ties the FPR to the OEM fuel rail using the stock feed line; if aftermarket rails are used instead, Radium recommends feeding each rail front port independently and plugging the rears, with no parts included for that procedure. For two-pump hangers running the Radium 20-0937 dual pump add-on, this same plumbing serves the merged single outlet.
