The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger for Late Nissan is the drop-in replacement for the S14, S15, R33, and R34 pump assembly, and this 20-0630-00 version fits the Walbro GSS342 255lph, AEM 50-1200, AEM 50-1230, and AEM 50-1235. CNC-machined anodized aluminum construction supports 1 or 2 in-tank pumps, with a restriction-free fuel return system, integrated venturi jet pump siphon transferring fuel between tank chambers, and factory fuel lines retained using the included OEM-style adapter fittings. The custom designed stainless steel electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack, with hermetically sealed, serviceable connections impervious to all standard and exotic fuels, non-conductive anodized acorn nuts preventing accidental short circuiting, and in-tank wiring insulated with chemically resistant ETFE. Gasoline, E85, and methanol compliant. Pumps sold separately.

The Details

Radium's wiring notes deserve their own read: single pump installations can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring, but Radium recommends upgrading with a 17-0031 DIY wiring kit per pump so each receives full power and operates at its potential. The architecture is expansion-minded, since the same top hat later accepts Radium's 20-0700 FHST add-on, converting this hanger into a full in-tank surge system with the hanger pump becoming the lift pump. The check valve note matters on the AEM pumps, which do not feature one, so builds wanting residual fuel pressure after shutdown add the 20-1534. Walbro-450 and brushless builds use the sibling 20-0632-00. Kits arrive partially assembled with final assembly at installation.
