As power levels climb, pump heat has become a real fuel system problem. The Radium Engineering Fuel Filter Heat Exchanger Mount attacks it passively: a custom 6063 aluminum extrusion with cooling fins that clamps directly to a Radium fuel filter body, turning the filter itself into a heat sink. The conductive one-piece design pulls heat out of the fuel passing through the filter and sheds it to passing air. Mount it where airflow lives, such as underneath the vehicle, and it works every second the engine runs.

The Details

The physics are simple and reliable: fuel warms as it is pressurized and recirculated, the aluminum filter body conducts that heat, and this mount's finned extrusion multiplies the surface area available to shed it. Direct clamping contact is the whole trick, which is why the extrusion wraps the 60mm filter body and draws tight with countersunk screws rather than isolating it in a rubber cradle. Placement decides how much you get out of it. Radium is explicit that maximum efficiency requires a location where cool air passes through the fins, and underneath the vehicle is the natural home, which also happens to be where most Radium chassis-specific filter installs already live. Four M6 stainless screws handle the chassis side. It fits Radium's 60mm high flow fuel filters, sold separately, and slots into any feed line where the filter already belongs.
