It replaces the restrictive factory feed path from the Radium hanger forward to an 8AN-capable rail, restores the low-micron filtration the hanger conversion requires, and holds fuel pressure after shutdown through the built-in check valve. This kit ships with the 6 micron microglass element (20-0946-05), the maximum-capture choice for post-pump injector protection; the 10 micron stainless version (20-0946-03) is available separately. The integrated check valve matters specifically because the Radium hanger's high-flow architecture benefits from holding pressure when the pumps shut off, keeping hot restarts crisp instead of cranking through a re-prime. The engine-side requirement is simple but firm: your fuel rail must accept an 8AN feed hose, which the Radium Evo X rail does natively. Element selection follows the standard split, with stainless for cleanable service and microglass for maximum capture, and replacement elements for both are available separately when service time comes. Radium's Evo X fuel delivery system bundles this kit with the hanger, rail, return kit, damper, and regulator for ground-up builds.
