The Radium Engineering VTE Dual Catch Can Kit for the MK4 Supra covers the whole ventilation picture: the catch cans vent-to-engine permitting a true PCV system, functioning completely independent of each other and NOT venting to atmosphere, making them emissions and track legal. Closed loop systems remove the oil and sludge from the PCV gasses before routing to the engine to be burned, promote negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance, and prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin. One catch can plumbs inline with the PCV valve and retains its factory function. Fluid Lock 2-step baffled cans, designed for 8AN and 6AN hose sizes, with the chassis-specific mounting and hardware to finish both circuits.

The Details

The JZ's ventilation splits by load like most engines, with the PCV circuit flowing under metered vacuum at idle and cruise while the CCV side carries the boost-era exhale, and covering only one circuit leaves the other feeding oil downstream.
