The Radium Engineering Submersible PTFE Fuel Tubing is flexible convoluted tubing manufactured from PTFE, fully resistant to all fuel types including alcohol blends like E85, and rated for EFI fuel pressure with a 300 psi working pressure and 450 psi burst. This 3/8" (9.5mm) ID x 6.5" length ships with two reusable stainless steel SAE J1508 EFI tube clamps that seal 360 degrees with rolled edges protecting the tubing. Tested at Radium Engineering, sized for the pumps that matter.

The Details

PTFE's convoluted profile solves the material's one drawback, stiffness, by giving the wall an accordion structure that bends without kinking, which is exactly what tight in-tank routing needs. Installation has a technique Radium spells out: warm the tubing ends first with a heat gun or hot water to loosen the material so it slides snugly over the pump outlet, then torque the stainless J1508 clamps to 13.3 in-lbs. Those clamps are reusable, so future pump service does not consume hardware. Diameter selection follows the pump outlet: this 3/8" (9.5mm) size suits Walbro/Ti F90000262, F90000267, F90000273, F90000274, F90000285, and F90000295, Bosch Motorsports BR540, Deatschwerks DW400 and DW440, and Ti Automotive E5LM brushless. This item is not application specific, so verify compatibility with your pump and hanger before purchase; some installations may require minor modification.
