The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit for the MK5 Supra installs between the intake manifold and the cylinder head, permitting the use of port injectors for the additional fuel required for highly-modified B58TU engines while the OEM direct injection system carries on untouched underneath. The fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum and laser etched, with both end ports machined 8AN ORB (3/4"-16), and the injectors mount at a calculated angle ensuring proper spray into the center of the intake ports without interference from surrounding components. Relocation hardware lets the OEM engine vanity cover be reused, with four adapters installing into its underside to make up for the manifold shift. Compatible with all fuel types including E85. Injectors and plumbing sold separately.

The Details

Two system notes from Radium shape the build plan. First, because the PIK spaces the intake manifold off the head, an aftermarket charge pipe will be required for the throttle body connection, so budget that alongside the kit. Second, fuel supply is a fork: the 20-0753-PK plumbing kit provides the adapter fittings and hose connecting the rail to the OEM fuel line in under ten minutes, while high horsepower builds can run an independently regulated port injection pump system instead via Radium's dedicated hanger, in which case the PK is unnecessary. The spacer-only option is a quiet bonus, letting the plate serve as a manifold spacer with 2AN ORB plugs before the fueling stage of the build arrives. Injector control via your ECU or auxiliary controller completes the system.
