The Radium Engineering PCV Fluid Lock catch can kit for the Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, and Toyota GT86 intercepts oil and water condensation before they reach the intake manifold. Closed loop, so it does not vent to atmosphere: filtered air routes back to the engine to be burned, keeping it emissions and track legal.

The Details

This is the PCV side for the first generation cars. The 2022 and newer BRZ and GR86 use the 20-0911-FL PCV kit instead. The CCV kit (20-0902-FL) spans both generations, so a complete two-can setup on an earlier car pairs this with that one.

The PCV hose sees metered vacuum at idle, steady cruise, and deceleration, drawing crankcase vapour and oil sludge into the manifold. No fixed emptying interval applies: check the dipstick at three to four weeks and set your own schedule.
