Description

Dual pumps into one feed, or one feed into two rails, usually means a Y fitting and a prayer; the MPR is the engineered version.

The Radium Engineering Multi-Port Regulator (MPR-RA) handles simple and complex high-flow fuel systems through pure port geometry: combine dual fuel pumps into a single feed line, split a single feed to a dual bank system with two rails, or plug the unused ports and run it as a conventional single pump, single rail regulator. The two lower return ports flow parallel with the pressure ports, eliminating elbow fittings, and either one can serve as the return. Built on Radium's RA-series platform with tool-less detented pressure adjustment and a laminar-flow stainless return orifice, it arrives with the fittings, plugs, bracket, and vacuum options to plumb it nearly any way a fuel system can be drawn.

What You'll Feel

  • One regulator replacing the Y fittings, elbows, and adapters a multi-pump system usually accumulates
  • Pressure set by hand through detented clicks, each worth about 1 psi (+/- 0.5 psi), no jam nut or tools
  • Rock-stable pressure from the single stainless return orifice generating laminar flow
  • A regulator that reconfigures with the build: single pump today, staged duals and twin rails later
  • Mounting freedom via through-body M6 holes for walls or the included bracket for floors

Features

  • Unique port configuration: merges dual pumps to one feed, splits one feed to dual rails, or runs single pump/single rail with ports plugged
  • Two lower opposing return ports flowing parallel to the pressure ports; use either, plug the other
  • RA-series tool-less pressure adjustment with 1 psi haptic detents; minimum pressure 18.5 psi (1.3 Bar), maximum limited only by pump relief or controller
  • Single stainless steel return orifice generates laminar flow for enhanced stability
  • 1:1 rising rate with 360 degree swiveling vacuum reference port; flow-through and dead-head plumbing supported
  • M6 through-body mounting holes plus included floor bracket with M6x1mm hardware

The Details

The port math is what sets the MPR apart. A dual pump surge tank or hanger normally needs external merging before the regulator, and a V-configuration engine with two rails normally needs a splitter after it; the MPR's body performs both jobs internally, and the parallel-flowing return ports mean the return line leaves in the same plane as the feeds without a single elbow. Vacuum reference options ship in the box for every architecture: a 5mm barb, a 1/4" push-to-connect, a 3AN male fitting, and a plug for returnless-style dead-head installs. Radium's pressure spec is refreshingly honest, with an 18.5 psi floor and a ceiling set by your pump's relief valve or controller current limit rather than the regulator. Fuel pressure gauge and lines sold separately; plugs for every unused port are included.
