The Radium Engineering Insulating Spacer, 11mm is the thermal break from Radium's rail architecture, sold individually: a press-fit phenolic spacer isolating a fuel rail from the hot aluminum it mounts against, the same 11mm spacer Radium's rotary secondary rail kit uses for Xcessive 4-port manifolds. Service replacement and custom-install stock alike.

The Details

Phenolic conducts heat an order of magnitude slower than aluminum, which is the whole job: the rail bolts through the spacer, the mounting stays rigid, and the thermal path from manifold to fuel breaks at the interface. On Radium's 13B-REW secondary rail, the 11mm height specifically suits the Xcessive Manufacturing 4-port intake manifold, while other installations select spacer height to set rail standoff per the injector geometry. Count one spacer per mounting point and order accordingly.
