The Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit for the 2006-2009 Honda S2000 includes everything needed to install a Radium surge tank with a single 39mm fuel pump in the returnless-era AP2: the kit utilizes Radium's FSTR-RA surge tank (sold separately), which incorporates an integrated fuel pressure regulator designed for the returnless fuel system, eliminating the need for an external FPR, and leaving the regulator barb disconnected from manifold pressure will emulate the OEM fuel pressure if required. Because the 06-09 S2000 has no low pressure return hose into the fuel tank, the kit includes a billet barb adapter that routes excess fuel from the FST back into the main tank through the fuel filler hose. FST and pump sold separately; not designed for the MPFST.

The 06-09 cars deleted the return line, which reshapes the surge tank math, and the FSTR-RA architecture answers it: regulation happens at the tank with the integrated FPR, the OEM pressure is emulated when the reference stays disconnected, and the filler-hose return path handles the excess without touching the sealed tank. Radium's small-car note applies, since the S2000's cabin sits close to the trunk, so consider the decibels of the fuel pump selected. The 00-05 return-style cars use the separate 20-0094 kit. Select the FSTR-RA and a compatible pump, and the AP2 corners on low fuel like Honda intended.
