Blower V8s eat fuel system headroom fast, and the factory rails limit what the platform's famous appetite for boost can use. The Radium Engineering Fuel Rails for GM LS9/LSA Engines are the upgrade-rail answer: two rails CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized and laser etched, each carrying six 8AN ORB threaded ports for twelve in all. Polished stainless steel brackets attach to the factory rail mounting points with no vehicle modifications, the 14mm ID injector bores match OEM so factory injectors and clips carry over, and everything is compatible with all fuels including E85. Four 8AN ORB plugs are included for the end ports that sit too close to surrounding components to use.

Radium classifies this as an upgrade rail, which sets the injector rule: factory injectors reinstall directly, and any upgrade must be OEM-equivalent in height and upper/lower O-ring dimensions, with flow rates chosen by your tuner and dimensions confirmed by the injector manufacturer, since Radium makes no injector recommendations. The port count is the customization canvas, and Radium's advice is worth following literally: mock the rails up on the engine before purchasing adapter fittings and accessories, because surrounding engine components can interfere with access to some ports and the mock-up tells you which of the twelve are truly available on your particular car. For stock-style plumbing, Radium's separate LS9/LSA plumbing kit adapts the OEM feed line via SAE quick connect into two 6AN PushLok lines supplying each rail, with plugs for everything unused; sold separately.
