Description

The 06-09 S2000 went returnless, and its Radium rail plumbing kit speaks that dialect fluently.

The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit for the 2006-2009 Honda S2000 completes the 20-0391 rail installation on the AP2's returnless fuel system: hose and adapter fittings for all three rail ports replicating the function of the OEM fuel system, including a port plug and an adapter to reuse the OEM fuel pulse damper, keeping Honda's pressure smoothing in service on the new rail. Rail sold separately.

What You'll Feel

  • A complete bolt-on rail install replicating the factory fuel system's function
  • OEM pulse damping retained through the included damper adapter
  • Every rail port correctly dressed, fed, adapted, or plugged
  • All-fuel confidence through the provided hose

Features

  • Hose and adapter fittings for all 3 ports of the Radium 06-09 S2000 rail (sold separately)
  • Replicates the function of the OEM returnless fuel system
  • Includes a port plug and an adapter to reuse the OEM fuel pulse damper
  • All fuel types including E85

The Details

Returnless systems lean on pulse damping harder than return systems, since there is no return path bleeding off injector-induced oscillations, which is why the OEM damper's reuse adapter is the quiet hero of this kit: Honda's damper carries over to the Radium rail, and pressure stability carries over with it. The 06-09 fuel architecture differs enough from the 00-05 cars that the kits do not interchange, with the AP1's rail-mounted regulator world served by the separate 20-0091-PK. ORB O-rings lubricated at every step, flare connections dry and torqued by feel, and the AP2's fuel system finishes the upgrade reading like factory engineering.
