The Radium K-series rail arrives plumbing-agnostic; this kit decides it speaks factory.

The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit for the Honda K-Series connects the Radium 20-0230-02 rail to the stock fuel system in one step: an 8AN ORB male to 5/16" SAE male fitting mates the factory quick-connect feed line to the rail, with the fitting extended so it clears the OEM coolant hose on cars equipped with one, and two 8AN ORB plugs seal the rail's unused ports. Bolt the rail, install three fittings, done.

The Details

The kit exists because the Radium K rail ships bare for custom builds, while most Si and RSX owners just want the better rail on the stock plumbing, and these three fittings close that gap. Installation follows the rail's documented flow: lubricate all O-rings before assembly, connect the SAE fitting to the factory feed, plug the remaining ports, cycle the key to prime, and leak-check before and after first start. Builders who want pulse damping can put a Radium FPD-XR in the center port instead of a plug, a combination Radium shows in its own documentation. AN-plumbed builds should skip this kit and select ORB adapter fittings for their hose sizes instead.
